A book company is facing a lawsuit over cigarette packet-sized books with designs that are sorta like brands. You can see how that could confuse people. And why you would think a tobacco company evil because you bought Hemmingway by mistake, thinking it was Lucky Strike. Or be pissed that a cigarette firm were endorsing Hemmingway.
