This dates back to before 1954 - freehouse clearly being taken seriously in those days. But with Harveys Brewery - and the Star Brewery at some point - why would you want beer from
Croydon
? I wonder if any survives.

And what would be wrong with beer from Croydon. Page and Overton closed in 1957. Mr Overton was the owner of the first gas works in Croydon.
