I've also moved the Companion folder from c:\>Commissions and Publications\Under Consideration or In Press to c:\>Commissions and Publications\Published.
Yay! (Am still waiting for my own author's copy of an edited volume which has taken insanely longer than anticipated to appear, though does not challenge the record for this sort of thing, and is now out.)
I have a colleague who reckons he can get a book published within a year of receiving the contributions. I'm trying not to laugh. But on other occasions (and I've been responsible for one or two), publication feels lapping by the passing glaciers.
