After One of Those Weekends - a botched meet for coffee with a mate and a screwed up Secret Santa, neither my fault - I've battled through the death march of the copy edit to complete Science Fiction: 50 Key Figures.

The stats:

Words: 106,000, pre-index
Pages: 548 double spaced with 4 cm margins.

My co-editors and I will do another skim through over Christmas and new year and aim to submit around 3 January.

But note the flagrant breach of NuStyle on the cover (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/images/0415439507/sr=1-10/qid=1229951015/ref=dp_image_0/275-0449671-5547618?ie=UTF8&n=266239&s=books&qid=1229951015&sr=1-10) - that number should be numeric as it's over ten (and it's not a century), the author list needs a comma and my name's wrong.
