Curtains

At my hall of residence I noticed a switch on the wall of the dining room: Winter/Summer. I never did dare try to find out what it did.

But the blinds in my office at work seem to control the weather. Yesterday the sun was out when I got in so I drew them shut, to make sure I wasn't blinded. Today, with them still being shut, was a wet day and I've ended up opening them as soon as I got in. What weather will I want on Monday, I wonder?


Ground to a halt on The Big Project, I fear, though a nice figure to stick at. Need to research/write on a daily basis.

Didn't watch stuff for (the) pretties in them days. But perhaps The OC owes a large tip of its postironic hat to it.

Oh... You meant the Yes album? I have an MP3 of Loner of an Only Heart by some circuitous means, but I don't think I have the vinyl. Somewhere I have the concert (directed by Fincher? The one where Rick Wakeman is killed off in the credits and Steve Howe's DNA is merged with Trevor Rabin's.)

I guess I was always a Trooper rather than a Generator.
