There's a new deli that's opened on the high street (supposedly with a website at http://www.karlsgoodfood.com) that has cheese (pasteurised or not), bread, chorizo, wine, top quality chocolate and coffee. But they also have the word CHEESE'S on their chalkboard. Ooops.

Then, on the way home, this:

How many St Peters?

As far as I can see, the church to which it is connected is St Peter's.

For some reason, this post got me all nostalgic about greentop milk. Which is actually illegal now! Sigh.

Is it? Depends where you are? Just been googling and as far as I can see it's discouraged in UK rather than illegal. Or have things changed recently?

Unpasteurised cheese supposedly has health benefits that pasteurised cheese don't (reduction of cholesterol?). It's ridiculous that something like Stilton, which was once a relatively natural process, now needs to be made by injecting mould into pasteurised milk.
