Nor was it the queue at the ticket office.<br /><br />Yes, I thought I'd unplug the washing machine ready for collection, and I can't turn the cold water fill off. Where are all my big strong men when I need them? Not answering the phone.<br /><br />Ollie can come round at ten to help.<br /><br />My delivery slot - they having not phoned me and it being impossible to phone up before 9 to find out - is 7am. Here's hoping they're late.<br /><br />I believe they will not disconnect old machines.<br /><br />I'm hoping they will at least deliver a new machine, and I can persuade Ollie to help fit it.
