I really liked 21 Grams however by Babel I think I got to the stage where you are now. The more you see the same thing the more contrived it seems.
Would we care less if it were told in linear order.
That's a pretty pointless question, isn't it? We are talking about a concious artistic descision. Would it have been different if it was made differently? Well yeah.
