I've been working on the PQMER over the last few days - up to 2am this morning - and it's nearly there. I've found all the data I need. It also turns out it's actually a Programme Quality Monitoring and Enhancement Report and Evaluation doesn't come into it. A few years ago it used to be PQR or a QMR, I forget which. Then it became a PQMR. Then a PQMER. Although I confess to thinking of it as a PQRSTUVWXYZ. 44 pages and counting.
Meanwhile I need to take a break to reconsider the programme outline which I'm meant to be scrutinizing. Last night I spotted that there were two identical External Examiner's reports. Screw up or lazy External? Meanwhile, let's see if I can metamorphose into programme bollocks speech, and ask questions about cognitive matrices with a straight face, and waste everyone's time.
Joyness abounds. I mean, I could be looking at a pile of essays for Another Institution right now. Especially as there are two more parcels from them in the post. And I remember now I meant to email them that a) they need my new address and b) please don't put Secret Campus on the envelope because I've given them my home address. Darn. I think this means I'll have to cycle to the sorting office this Friday as well.
